Show your support for the Cascades by capturing a photo of yourself making the heart symbol. Post it on your social media with a message of encouragement and include the hashtag #WeClimbWeConquer. You can also download the graphics to share and inspire others. Don’t forget to include a link to give: givecascades.ca.

How to share on social media

We’ve made it simple for you to help spread the word about Cascades Giving Day! Just follow these steps:

  1. Right click and select 'Save' to download the images to your device.

  2. Copy the text below that applies to you (Alumni or Athlete).

  3. Paste it into your social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

  4. Add your personal touch if you’d like, and don’t forget to include the hashtag #WeClimbWeConquer
